Appeal Options

  • Online Appeal:

    Online Appeal Simply input the information onto the form stating clearly your reasons for the appeal and press the submission button at the foot of the page. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the appeal and the start of the investigation. Please do not reply to this email. Your appeal will be investigated and you will usually receive written confirmation of the outcome within 14 working days of receipt of the appeal.

  • Email Appeal:

    Email Appeal You can also email your appeal via the email address appeals@ukparkingcontrol.com. Again you must ensure that you give as much information as possible including the Reference Number and Vehicle Registration number. Any challenges made against a parking charge issued should give as much supporting documentation as this constitutes your evidence against the parking charge. As with the online appeals you will usually receive written confirmation of the outcome of your appeal within 14 working days of receipt of the appeal.

  • Postal Appeal:

    Post Appeal Alternatively if none of the above is possible or you have several items, such as photographs or copies of badges, receipts or tickets that you wish to send in as supporting evidence, please send your appeal in writing along with copies of any other items to:-

    Please quote your full name and address and the reference number along with details of your appeal. As with all the appeals options, once this has been received, an investigation will take place and you will be informed, in writing, of the outcome of your appeal.
